NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme naturally found in every cell and plays an important role in normal cellular energy metabolism. At The DRIPBaR Flower Mound, NAD+ is available as a slow IV infusion or a faster shot.

NAD+ is infused slowly. Your Registered Nurse monitors you throughout the visit and can adjust the infusion rate for your comfort.
NAD+ IV therapy is infused more slowly than a typical vitamin drip. Most NAD+ IV appointments take about 1–2 hours, depending on your dose and the infusion rate that feels comfortable for you.
Before treatment, your health history is reviewed to confirm NAD+ therapy is appropriate for you. New clients complete the required medical intake and Good Faith Exam with a licensed Nurse Practitioner.
A Texas-licensed Registered Nurse starts your IV and sets the infusion rate. NAD+ is administered slowly, and your nurse can adjust the rate throughout your visit.
Some people may notice temporary warmth, flushing, nausea, abdominal discomfort, or chest pressure if NAD+ is infused too quickly. Tell your nurse right away so the infusion can be slowed or paused based on how you feel.

All elective IV therapies at The DRIPBaR Flower Mound are administered by Texas-licensed Registered Nurses acting under the adequate supervision of our Medical Director, Angela Straface, M.D. (Texas Medical License K8500), as provided by Texas Occupations Code Chapter 172. License status is verifiable through the Texas Medical Board.
