Dr. Straface provides medical oversight for our clinical team. Clients complete the appropriate medical intake and Good Faith Exam with a licensed Nurse Practitioner before receiving care from a licensed Registered Nurse.
The clinical chain of custody
- RN Texas-licensed Registered Nurses administer every IV therapy and IM injection.
- NP Texas-licensed Nurse Practitioners review each client and perform the required annual Good Faith Exam.
- MD Angela Straface, M.D. (TX License K8500) provides medical oversight and prescribing authority.
- Rx Every IV is prepared in our ISO Class 5 sterile isolator using ingredients sourced from FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities.
All elective IV therapies at The DRIPBaR Flower Mound are administered by Texas-licensed Registered Nurses acting under the adequate supervision of our Medical Director, Angela Straface, M.D. (Texas Medical License K8500), as provided by Texas Occupations Code Chapter 172. License status is verifiable through the Texas Medical Board.
